1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 488bet platform and all services under it. By opening an account on 488bet, using the website or mobile app, or taking part in any betting or gaming activity, you are fully accepting these Terms.

The Bengali version of these Terms is considered the primary document. In the event of any conflict with a translation or version in another language, the Bengali version shall prevail. 488bet reserves the right to change, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified at their registered email address for significant changes.

This service may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. It may not be used for any commercial activity, such as placing bets on behalf of others or gaining any business advantage.

2. Account Registration

To open an account on 488bet, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Each person may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be cancelled and funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.1 Identity Verification

488bet may verify the accuracy of the information you have provided at any time. Upon receiving a verification request, you must submit the required documents (National ID card, passport or other government-issued ID) within the specified period. Your withdrawal request may be delayed until verification is complete.

2.2 Registration Requirements

• Your name, date of birth and contact details must be accurate.
• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided.
• Your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) must be registered in your name.
• Registering with false information is strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation.

3. Age and Eligibility

488bet's services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

If 488bet finds evidence that a user is under 21, the account will be cancelled immediately, all bets will be declared void, and deposited funds will be returned or forfeited — in accordance with legal obligations.

You must also not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is prohibited by law. It is entirely your responsibility to know and comply with the laws applicable in your area.

4. Account Security

Your 488bet account login details — username and password — must be kept strictly confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone else. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from the account.

4.1 Unauthorised Access

You must notify the 488bet support team as soon as you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity. 4.2 Password Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used for transactions on 488bet. The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes of approval.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Use the correct reference number to confirm your deposit.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used for deposits.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met.
• 488bet reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Certain conditions must be met to receive 488bet's bonuses and promotions. As a welcome bonus, 488bet offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw bonus funds, wagering of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, wagering of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once and is non-transferable.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time period.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• 488bet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

6.2 VIP Program

488bet's VIP program has three levels — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each level: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver and up to 1.0% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 488bet are considered final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or system issue, 488bet reserves the right to cancel those bets. Taking advantage of clearly incorrect odds will be treated as misconduct.

7.1 General Betting Terms

• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• No bet will be accepted after an event has started (except for live betting).
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If one event in a multi-bet is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the combined odds will be recalculated for the remaining selections.

7.2 Sports Betting

8. Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are completely prohibited on 488bet. Violating these rules will result in account cancellation and associated funds may be forfeited.

• Participating in or facilitating any form of match fixing or result manipulation.
• Using software, bots or automated systems to place bets.
• Wagering at minimum risk solely to withdraw a bonus (bonus abuse).
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Placing bets on behalf of others or renting out an account.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

9. Account Suspension and Cancellation

488bet may immediately suspend or cancel any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• At the request of a law enforcement agency or by court order.

Before cancelling an account, 488bet will generally give the user an opportunity to explain their position; however, in cases of serious breach of the Terms, action may be taken without prior notice.

Users may also request closure of their account at any time. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

10. Limitation of Liability

488bet makes every effort to operate its services reliably. However, 488bet accepts limited liability for service disruptions, data loss or service outages caused by technical reasons.

• 488bet is not liable if any bet or game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• 488bet is not liable for issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, network providers).
• No compensation will be provided if service is disrupted due to unavoidable events (natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks).

In any circumstance, 488bet's maximum liability is limited to the current balance held in your account.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between 488bet and a user, please first contact the 488bet support team via live chat or email. The support team will carry out an initial assessment of the complaint within 72 hours.

11.1 Complaints Process

• Submit your complaint in writing — clearly state the date, time and details of the incident.
• Attach any relevant screenshots or transaction records.
• Please be patient while the support team investigates — every complaint is taken seriously.

11.2 Final Decision

The decision of 488bet's management authority will be considered final in all disputes. The relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

488bet uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep your information and financial transactions secure. Your information is not sold to third parties. However, necessary information may be shared with authorities in cases of legal obligation or fraud investigation.

13. Amendments & Termination Provisions

488bet may change, amend, or cancel any part of these terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email address or posted on the platform. If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.

488bet reserves the right to discontinue any part of the service for any reason or no reason. If the service is discontinued, any valid balance will be returned to users, provided the account has not been suspended due to a violation.
